About The Course
The Gandharva Bollywood Vocals Foundation course marks the starting point of your child’s musical journey! Designed as an essential introductory program for beginners at the Gandharva School of Music, this course offers a simplified approach to Hindustani Classical music, laying the groundwork for mastering Indian Bollywood vocals.
The primary goal is to discover each student’s unique interests and nurture their vocal abilities by enhancing tonal quality and developing a strong understanding of musical notes. Upon completion, this course will empower your child to explore their potential and passion for Hindi Bollywood singing.

- Singing notes in different style (Aa, E, O, U, Aey)
- Identification of Keys of Harmonium or Keyboard/Piano
- 3, 4 and 8 counts and practice to identify the Sam
- Introduction of 7 Shuddha Notes
- Simple Alankars (With Shuddha Swar)
- Melodies in Notation
- Light & Film MusiFinal performance (Film Song of your choice)c Based Songs Eg. Songs by Dr. Rajkumar, Hemanth Kumar, Anuradha Bhatt, Rajesh Krishnan, C Ashwath, and more
